Incompetence You have to beg for a raise and they won't give it to you. They'll "discuss it" upstairs for 8 months, but you won't see a dime. Greed Employee handbook is crap Our client didn't renew the contract because of the terrible customer service. What kind of business doesn't care about their employees and their client? It's as if they don't care about people or money, so what are they for? Themselves. Require us sign a contract that stipulated we'd do whatever it took to make the client happy. This included completing tasks that I was promised I wouldn't have to do when hired. These were also tasks that were technically not in the contract between the company and client, thus I was doing work beyond my duties and pay grade. So not only was I doing work I didn't want to do, but was essentially doing it for free.
