great people, very knowledgeable and experienced, across the board; this includes some management.

Cons

less people have to do more work in less time. some management appear clueless and one wonders how they got... and kept their job. no cost of living raises, being majority owned by financial investors, it seems like we're cutting corners and run as cheaply as possible.
