      Each individuals are not bad, they seems to be well trained to be in the bubble

      Cons

      Poor decision making due to lack of communications and trust, it leads to bad plans and settings. When things fail, it will be blamed on someone hands on not decision makers. This unproductive cycle has been stoping the company to grow

      Pros

      Some great responsibilities include control over and monitoring live TV. The staff is friendly and has always been flexible with me

      Cons

      Shifts include either one Saturday or Sunday per week. Someone has to monitor your station if you have to step away for lunch or a break, but there are supervisors for that reason.
