Easy work and plenty of bathrooms.

Cons

Low paying, bad training, mundane day-to-day, lazy and incompetent management, possibly unethical due to how coworkers are split up by race, and the snack room is really expensive.

The role of Live Master Control Operator is fairly easy. A good three months will have you versed in the basics and around six months you’ll be confident usually to perform the tasks given.

Cons

Encompass itself makes the job hard by not giving the employees enough benefits and by only allowing HR so much ability to help us as well.
