      Pros

      It's a necessary business so as long as there is TV broadcasting there's work to be done and chairs to fill. Great great people to work with: dedicated, knowledgable, nice.

      Cons

      With layoffs and consolidations, more & more work is required of departments and individuals without pay increases, and, sadly a benefits package steadily devolving. Too much overpaid upper managers and bloodthirsty financial partners, it seems.

      Laid-back atmosphere and good location

      Cons

      Too heavy-handed security policy. Developers not allowed installation privileges on their workstations. Big delay of replacing talent when they leave.
