      None I can truly think of other than a steady paycheck (which never increased).

      Cons

      Where do I start.... the complete lack of transparency and ethics from management? The lack of pay increases and motivation to even want to advance at this company? The dead-end, black hole that you expect a career to flourish from?

      Truly awful company - toxic from the top down.

      They pay on time each month

      Cons

      Management have no clue. High staff and management turn over. Toxic environment where staff are blamed for problems which originate way higher up the chain. No support. They do absolutely nothing beyond what they legally have to. During the first covid outbreak they didn't even provide hand santiser or make any effort to put in safety measures for the staff, until a staff member died of covid then it was all hands on deck! They really couldn't give a damn about their staff. They are dispensable as far as they are concerned. Stay away from this company at all costs!
