They provide a very flexible schedule. My commute was very simple which made this somewhat worth it.

Cons

There is a large Hispanic community here and sometimes as a black woman it can feel isolating. Most of the company and clients speak English but they are always speaking Spanish, which is fine but literally no one can understand them.
