      Innovative company, leader of its business sector. Focused in customer needs, has developed innovative business model combining good products (explosives and chemicals) and full blasting service.

      Cons

      The compensation system does not necessarily takes into account the value added by different professionals: merit recognition should be improved. Senior profesionals are not properly valued.
