      Pros

      It is a joint venture between Ica and Fluor, so it has one of the best background of the companies that I have worked for, because of the experience in project execution procedures that Fluor and ICA makes the best payment package of Mexican companies in his branch.

      Cons

      As a negative, there are many people in middle management, who are very obsolete in their way of executing projects, this makes inefficiency and low productivity to the company, making it very difficult sometimes to execute projects to newcomers With more modern ideas and even to upper management.
