      - Work-life balance - You can still work remotely 100% of the time

      Cons

      - Not quite the same post- COVID and failed Amazon acquisition - Drastically reduced workforce with recent layoffs - Numerous questionable leadership decisions in the last few years; trust is leadership is not high at the moment IMO

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
