      Pros

      Previous iRobot had a great culture with many job perks.

      Cons

      The great culture is not the iRobot that remains today. The unclear direction of the company, layoffs, and hostile toxic environments cause poor morale. I understand the state of the economy at this moment but transparency on what is planned for the future of the company from leadership would have been nice.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
