Great company but too much focus now on DEI - Senior Software Engineer iRobot Employee Review

Starting to focus too much on DEI and having a woke culture. It does not make everyone feel included. It causes division by focusing on skin color and gender rather than quality. I personally don't care what skin color or gender I am working with; I care about the quality of the person's character and skills they have. (I am a minority by the way.) This is ruining an otherwise great company, in my opinion.
