      Pros

      Some nice people, products used to be great, summer hours (Fri afternoon off) from May to Aug.

      Cons

      A death cycle - Product engineering happens in an old fashion way. Can't keep up with competition. Profit margin declines. Smart and nice people keep leaving due to low pay. The mediocre leftovers are then promoted to be managers and directors. Of course it's more complicated than just a cycle because there are more than one death cycles.

      Focus on existing products and cost-down, not new technology; The top leaders don't have good plans for company's growth, or change the plans frequently
