      Great employee perks and benefits, community oriented employer who supports STEM. Lots of great opportunities for employees to grow.

      Cons

      Surprisingly the company is not really entrepreneurial minded. There is a "big company" feel,employees operate in silos.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
