Pros
there really aren't any to speak of any more
Cons
This business has lost some big star customers and other customers are known to be happy Nobody in the important teams really believes that the company will survive. Some are leaving, some are waiting for redundancy pay when it all crashes ad burns. There are rumours about cheaper teams being trained currently in data processing offices in eastern europe to replace those who try to hang onto their jobs I left because the internal processes of the business are failing making it impossible to work effectively. Few people care any more and this place needed everyone to go the extra mile, as every team is understaffed. . HR constantly tell us they care for our well-being but no pay rises in several years for anyone, promotions are unpaid, new hires are either experienced and of the lowest quality as nobody decent will take the salaries here, or inexperienced and here to learn and add experience to their CVs. A handful of very motivated "here to learn" types are all thats keeping the business alive right now it seems. I hope what they do here is rewarded later in their careers. It will not be rewarded by Gategroup.
