Poor leadership (MD & some Directors) A dishonest & toxic culture where issues are ignored General disrespect for people Unprofessional culture of being late or not attending meetings Short term focus and a very reactive business Rife with internal politics and bullying to protect the group interest at all costs Management by 'window dressing' rather than facts Internally focused Priority is to win new business at any cost, rather than successfully manage existing business Boys club, with little diversity No investment in people or focus on people Too many priorities, no focus, no direction, no strategy
