Those lovely people don't stay, They treat the employees so badly that no one stays longer than a year. they are either got rid of or leave to find a better more stable job with better prospects. The management of the company is absolutely awful. The talent they let slip through their fingers is criminal. I fear for a company that has the potential to be great, but is doing everything is can to fail.
