- Very poor facilities with an out of date hangar that isn't fit for purpose as an HQ for a FTSE250 company.
- Poor leadership, with a vision that isn't coherant or driven. Churn at an AMB level has been too slow and shows how poor they have been (COO & CPO).
- Thinks it is very agile and fast, but in reality takes any cutting edge. Too many people who have been at the company a long time or are Aviation obsessed and lack real cutting private sector experience. In some respects it acts like a start up, in others like the public sector, sadly neither cut the mustard.
- Other than staff travel, terrible benefits - no private medical, awful maternity and paternity pay.
