Pros

Never had a problem with their insurance myself.

Cons

Will buy up your job just to liquidate the place ASAP. Has active disdain for employees and will only consider your professional input if it already aligns with how they think they will make money even when they are objectively shooting themselves in the foot. Isn't afraid to unnecessarily pile aggresive security guards into a place of work when they screw over loyal employees. Think company culture is made by administration who only participate in it during Town Halls and holiday parties rather than the people who actually participate in it daily. Their payroll is awful and makes mistakes regularly and will not rush to rectify the issue, your bills and livelihood be damned. They think of their employees as inherently replaceable and the neighborhoods they operate in as pools to sap taxpayer money from and will leave at the drop of a hat. Did I mention that they'd rather spend millions of dollars to flee from a Union trying to force them to give their employees a living wage? Will setup cameras to track your every movement. Seriously, if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of your job being purchased by Ebay, start looking for new work ASAP.

It is equivalent to winning the lottery for a dream job.

Pros

Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

Cons

Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
