Pros

Lots of bright, talented people who are great to work with and can help you grow professionally.

Cons

Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, with an intense, always-on culture that makes it hard to disconnect. The company is extremely sales-driven, and the environment often feels more like a high-pressure frat house than a professional workplace. There’s a strong expectation to fully buy into the company’s way of doing things, and if you’re not drinking the Kool-Aid, you’ll quickly feel like an outsider. If you thrive in a competitive, high-energy sales culture, it might be a fit—but if you’re looking for balance and a more inclusive, diverse workplace, this may not be the best place for you. Tons of toxic high-performers also make collaboration a pain.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
