Pros
I've had multiple people tell me that they learn more in a year at ZoomInfo than going and getting an MBA... Big benefit is that ZoomInfo moves fast and encourages everyone to be part of the solution. Solve problems, get 1% better, define new possibles are all things that are expected of all employees and pushing yourself to learn, as well as being around, and learning from, thoughtful hard-charging people with a common goal are some of the first steps to a successful career in software. Pay, benefits, equity, etc are all solid to great, as well. Very much a meritocracy where high-performers get rewarded with comp and responsibility. Overall, ZI is a great launching point for people (and maybe the most telling thing is that the most successful and smartest people stick around for a long time... so not just a launching point, but a place to be successful long term).
Cons
The high-energy culture isn't necessarily for everyone. It isn't a place where you just show up, punch the clock, hide in a corner, and collect a paycheck. Won't be successful at ZI, if that is what you are looking for.
