Your headline title says it all, and we couldn't agree more! DiscoverOrg has an amazing group of driven and motivated people that are out to succeed as a team. And when we're not at work, we're having fun traveling, biking, hiking, working out, going to yoga, trading baby pics, or going out on the town together.
Regarding unlimited PTO, this really is in our opinion a benefit for the company and not employees (see this article on Inc. http://www.inc.com/gene-marks/why-unlimited-paid-time-off-is-bad-for-your-employees.html). For example, with "unlimited" PTO you can't cash out unused PTO that you haven't taken, which we offer all employees each December.
So instead of gimmicks we're doing more to provide useful benefits, including increasing our PTO for many employees in 2017 as well as giving all employees 4 paid sick days at year starting in 2017.
