Pros

This company truly cares about its employees and anyone who says differently clearly has never worked anywhere else. We have benefits and they listen to our suggestions and issues. Starting pay is $15 an hour for entry-level positions because our leaders want all workers to be able to live comfortably outside of work. Management is great at uptraining when you ask for it and helping employees to improve as long as you take initiative and are willing to accept feedback. This place is a no BS company so people who won't accept their own mistakes and need to blame others for their short comings will not do well. The only negative talk I have ever heard is from those former employees who feel a sense of entitlement. At DiscoverOrg everyone WORKS and works HARD for what they get. We don't take short cuts. My coworkers are my family and we all work together to keep this company performing as the leader in the industry. We are constantly challenged and pushed to be better and supported by those pushing us. Everyone in management has moved up through the company so we aren't being led by individuals with no experience in the field. We have fun together outside of work with events such as karaoke nights, birthdays, movies, and game nights. If you want a place where you are supported by management and coworkers, with a CEO who goes out of his way to get to know you, and where you will actually enjoy coming to work then this is the place for you.

Cons

-Early hours can be rough at first.

Pros

ZoomInfo has an incredible company culture that truly stands out-- even working remotely, you feel connected and part of something bigger. The company has a strong focus on being a leader in its space and is constantly innovating, which keeps the work exciting and meaningful. There is a genuine willingness to let ideas and concepts flourish, and employees are empowered to contribute in real ways. I am coming up on four years here, which speaks for itself-- this is a place where you can grow, get promoted quickly, and build a real career. The development resources are outstanding, including McKinsey Leadership programs, internal leadership courses, and LinkedIn Learning. Managers are supportive and invested in your success which makes showing up to work exciting

Cons

At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.
