      You get a discount on the clothes and all the employees bond and get along.

      Cons

      Busy all the time and customers can be rude. Corporate can be rude when they come tbh.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
