      Staff discount , managers usually quite good with getting you days off and holiday requests since you usually work in a big team

      Cons

      Really really busy on weekends and working the sale can be really exhausting and difficult

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
