Pros

You meet different people from all over the world. You know your days off a month in advance (not actual shifts)

Cons

•high staff turn over because of to many visa applicants. This mean every week we had a floor full of people that didn't know anything. • HRS are not independent. Which means they were always on the companies side, not the staffs. • you do a lot of work above your pay grade because of people constantly leaving. •unmotivating and unappreciated. •favouritism from high end management. • They don't know how to empower their staff. •Training is non existent. •Extreme high volume sales with no staff. • Middle management has to deal with the whole store operations with no support from higher management.

Pros

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Cons

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
