Pros
Decent pay for retail associate, fun co-workers. Overall good experience but I couldn't see myself working there for the long haul.
Cons
Heavy work load, uniform shoes are painful to work in. Unpractical cashier policies, you need manager approval for almost everything (returns, exchanges, price changes) which backs up the line and causes customers to get really mad. High stress level type of job.
