      (finally last year they offered yearly bonus based on targets achieved

      Cons

      lack of personal life . You have to completely dedicate yourself for company . Each managers are overloaded.Salary doesn't reflect amount of duties which you need to faced in the daily bases

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
