      Pros

      Very fast-paced and challenging on occasion, but a very rewarding job with lovely colleagues and a real team outlook

      Cons

      Staff discount is not that great. Sometimes 2 people have to do everything as managers or new sales associates are not as hardworking

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
