      Discount was good and Friendly employees which made it a nice and fun place to work. Lloyd of hours available

      Cons

      Stressful place to work as it's always really busy and Standards have to be PERFECT so barely ever left on time.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
