      Fast pace, never a dull moment. There are tones of opportunities to move up in the company. The vast majority of hiring is internal.

      Cons

      Minimal support from supervisors, unrealistic expectations, overworking is very common among managers and floor staff.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
