      opportunities to advance if you're willing put up with all the drama nice clothes okay discount uniform provided

      Cons

      gossip among co-workers and management high turnover rate short breaks no tea room (have to sit on the floor) cancel a shift and risk not getting many shifts next time

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
