      Fast paced, GREAT commission and Pay, free uniform

      Cons

      15% discount, everyone speaks spanish, only hires spanish people, rude managers, very uncomfortable uniform, very strict, militant

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
