      Pros

      Real retail experience, real all types of customers, and real learning process for the first job. Get paid $12 per hour for a Sale Associate.

      Cons

      They will use you until you drop. Bad scheduling, changing all the time without notice. You have to ask and show your interest. Otherwise they will assume you know it all.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
