      Learning about managment, time mgt, staff mgt as per international standard

      Cons

      Politics and HR specially Gunjan sardana she just speak without using her mind ( always demotivate the staff ) and senior mgt team are dumb. Not good in taking decision. No reatil KPI LEARNING.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
