      You can choose what you feel like you should be get paid, constant fashion turnover, high energy, uniform attire.

      Cons

      Two-faced and ruthless atmosphere, poor management, selling poorly made clothing for ridiculous prices, the horrible music, the even more horrible employee discount.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
