      You learn, what is to work for nothing, you will learn how is like to earn 5 euros for an hour of your time. Dear Amancio is not multi billionaire because of paying high salaries.

      Cons

      Stressful enviroment, hideous supervisors, very low salary, slavery conditions, no possibility of personal development inside the company.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
