      horrible management: managers are the FIRST ones to start rumors and gossip, very childish. customers are rude, impatient, and you can't even look at them without being reprimanded. you have to look a certain way. closing is horrible! be prepared to fold your life away.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
