Pros
Very easy interview, good to learn very basic-entry level experience, nice-decent quality clothing.
Cons
-Low-typical retail pay wage -Terrible management staff; very disrespectful to newly hired staff. - If your new...your fresh meat and will be treated as such. Turn over rate was HUGE. New sales people was always hired almost on a regular bases! -Although a couple of staff were nice and acted professionally, management was incredibly rude to their staff and even towards customers (ie. will yell at you in front of customers/ staff); condescending and very unprofessional. I left absolutely horrified. -ZERO customer-retail etiquette and LOW customer service. Sometimes we were told to ignore customers and just focus on your "runs" (putting away mountains of clothes from the fitting rooms back to the sales floor). -the store was usually VERY hectic due to management tactics for arranging the sales floors, cleaning the fitting rooms and operation of the back floor. The store was often very disorganized and chaotic. -Just an overall, poor and very toxic place to work. Good place to shop, but DO NOT WORK at the Zara-Rideau Mall location!
