      Pros

      Zara offers good pay compared to other retail companies, and house commission so even if you don't do anything you will receive an extra 300$ on your paycheck each month.

      Cons

      Horrible management which is completely based upon sales goals. No attention is given to employees. Extremely difficult to even receive a new uniform piece, even if current uniform is falling apart. Bad hours

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
