      -made some lifelong friends from the shared misery of working at this place

      awful awful management which leads to coworkers having a bad attitude to one another which in turn creates a very cutthroat and toxic work environment.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
