      Good Pay, Youre able to analyze and run your business as you feel fit.

      Cons

      work life balance, schedule changes last minute and you must accommodate there needs. Corporate district managers are rude and make comments that belittle your title.

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
