Pros
- Somewhat friendly staff - Excellent apparel collection, always changing and I never had a dull moment to assist customers style to their preference. - Phenomenal visual store presentation. Zara is no place for slackers. You gotta put your sales face on and be confident with your decisions working here. Work with urgency and you'll be fine!
Cons
- Hardly no directions or initiative to teach new candidates the ZARA ways of establishment. Everyone thinks their the boss and try to push you around in each department. I had to shut down the aggressive behavior tones day after day while I had to work with some of the employees. Probably the holiday stress got to their nerves so I let it be water under the bridge.
