      Clothes are amazing, they offer part-timers benefits, great pay, coworkers, employee discount

      Cons

      Store tends to get chaotic, understaffed, stressful when customers don't understand that the store gets really busy takes a long time to clean-up after closing management demands so much

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
