      Friendly coworkers and supportive group of people.

      Cons

      High-pressure . We are only stocking shelves, but they want us to feel scared that we might lose our jobs. Everything is super disorganized.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
