      Overload of works. Imagine doing 3 times of works compare to other fashion store. Force employees to carry loads of clothes by hands for the sake of speed. Reluctant to provide adequete equipments even though they have lots of wheels/ double wheels to carry clothing items to different area of store which caused injury of staff. Managers ignore work safety and would not reflect the problem to managemnt.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
