Pros

1) Periodical parties to cheer people up 2) Higher management is friendly - sometimes

Cons

The people here are snobs (you have to work a while here to know that) , and have absolutely no care for the employees or their lives. No team spirit in the teams, everyone trying to play the blame game . They even made me work when i was sick! They DO NOT pay as much as they will make you work , neither provide a conducive environment to make you grow. The HR is completely unresponsive to employees woes. They do NOT care about your interests either.
