Pros

Very good salary and insurance benefits from the company's side

Cons

Zero consideration for the employee's time No recognition whatsoever for a humongous amount of time and effort put into any project Unnecessarily critical of an employee even when they go out of their way to make sure a project is being completed, no matter what time of day. Very poor process of promoting people. Personally, I was asked to leave the company because they "felt" I was not showing enough motivation to take charge and learn for my project. This coming after I was very unfairly placed on a PIP by a former project manager out of his personal spite, in the previous cycle. And mind you, I have worked very late nights going up to 2 AM, weekends, even public holidays almost. And I even woke up at 6 AM once to give client support, having worked the previous night till 9 PM. All of this while having to deal with constant changes in hierarchy and incompetent seniors in the project. To do all of this and then to hear I'm not motivated enough was honestly the last nail in the coffin. Some part of me might feel bad about the salary, but I do not miss the daily dynamics whatsoever.
