Pros

Only pro in working is a good package which is worth the contribution for the company as there won't be any work life balance in the place.

Cons

The place is full of low level office politics. The feedback and review system are claimed to be anonymous but they are not. Especially the upward review about the superiors in the organization particularly in the Pune office is very transparent that, they just read out the reviews given by the people with the reviewer name, incase of a feedback required for improvement. There are superiors who thinks themselves as to be the higher ups and abuse the team verbally and mentally. The managers working especially are focused only on their growth and not with developing the team. Some managers don't trust their team and never give a chance for client team interaction.
