Cons
1. Non-pharma division is small, disorganized and the worst in terms of culture at ZS 2. No accountability for mid-senior level employees. Once an employee gains > 2 years of experience they are allowed to plan every aspect of the project in the name of learning. What most resort to is delegating all their work to associates. 3. Associate Consultants and Consultants simply review their associate's work and do no work themselves. This turns into micro-management of every sphere of their associate's professional and personal life. 4. People are thrown into a project without sufficient training. Resorting to petty office politics and hiding their poor management skills, most Cs and ACs blame all that goes wrong on Associates. 5. PDMs do their jobs for namesakes only.
